I made Egg Roll in a Bowl [Eating Bird Food]^[@rev]. I was initially skeptical given the lack of oyster sauce but I ended up really liking it.

My notes:

1.5lbs turkey (so 1.5x)
1 lbs (whole bag) Cabbage. This is going pretty heavy
Extra sesame oil and also used some coconut oil (what we had) to sautee
Lots and lots of garlic (7 cubes? 9? I don’t remember)
4 ginger cubes
1/4 cup (low sodium) soy plus some more to taste.
Heavier on the sambal oelek

The flavor was surprisingly good and I liked all of the veggies. We will do this again
